Gandikota Utsav 2018

Organised at the Gandikota village situated on the banks of river Pennar in Andhra Pradesh, the Gandikota Festival was a platform to showcase the regional and national talent. Celebrating art and its various forms was the motto of this 3-day long festival that started from 21st Jan 2018 to 23rd Jan 2018, with visitors experiencing a splendid array of music, dance, drama, stand up comedy performances by proficient artists along with getting to see popular celebrities.

Lepakshi Utsavam 2018

The government of Andhra Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Tourism came together to host this Grand Art and Cultural festival in a village located in the Anantapur District of Andhra Pradesh named Lepakshi. This 2-day festival from March 31st to April 1st, 2018 was intended to highlight and celebrate the culture and heritage of this village. Scintillating live band performances by eminent artists like Sivamani along with Ravi Chary and Sangeet Haldipur, mesmerising Mahakuchipudi dance performance by 600 electrifying dancers, entertaining skit by Sri Nandamuri  Balakrishna, live stage act by prominent actress in Tamil and Telegu cinema, Surabhi Puranik and superstar of Kannada cinema, Shivaraj Kumar left the visitors with a never to forget experience. The other high points of the festival were the gorgeous decorative set up, cycle rally, shopping stalls and a chance to try out the authentic Andhra cuisine.

Nobel Prize Series

Nobel Prize Series, a prestigious event was organized in Goa in which four renowned Nobel Laureates imparted their knowledge and shared their experience by giving lectures, attending roundtable discussions and meetings with experts and students from several universities. On 1st February 2018, this 3 – day unique programme was hosted to stimulate engagement in the field of Science. ‘The Nobel Prize: Ideas  Changing the World’ was displayed for a month and a meeting exclusively for teachers was organized for the first time in India. A special memorabilia counter was set up to let the visitors shop for souvenirs. Outstanding live dance and music performances along with an unusual welcome in decorated open cars and buses were arranged for the chief guests of this memorable occasion.

Grape Escapade 2018

An event intended to celebrate food and lifestyle. The Grape Escapade is an initiative by the Goa Tourism to let people enjoy the world of music, dance, food and wine from all around the globe. The 4-day long festival included a string of attractions for its visitors like the Fashion Show by Karisma Mehta, traditional grape stomping along with a wine tasting session and the crowning of The Grape Escapade Queen of the year.

GOA TOURISM PAVILION AT SATTE 2017 (SOUTH ASIA TRAVEL & TOURISM EXCHANGE) tourism

South Asia Travel and Tourism Exchange (SATTE), the leading B2B travel & trade event saw the participation of Goa Tourism to promote its latest offerings to a large number of travel and tour operators and the general public in Delhi from the 15th -17th of February. The 3-day business networking trade exhibitions décor, entertainment, stall conceptualization, interactive sessions and the overall management was successfully handled by Vinsan world.

KARNATAKA TOURISM PAVILION AT MITT (MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL & TOURISM) tourism

Vinsan Graphics had the pleasure of creating and successfully managing the Karnataka Pavilion in one of the top five travel exhibitions of the world, Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition 2018. The pavilion was inaugurated by Nahid Salma, Manager, Tourism Department, Karnataka in Moscow. With over 1800 companies and more than 192 countries and regions participating, MITT accounts for a major networking occasion for countries to create awareness about their destination, know their competition and also be updated with the ongoing trends. Vinsan Graphics also designed and distributed an invitation to welcome the potential buyers, travel operators, foreign delegates and dignitaries to the Karnataka Tourism Pavilion.

The Indian Performing Arts Show, Kurnool 2018

The Indian Performing Arts Show held on the 3rd & 4th of March 2018 was an initiative by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Authority organized at the Outdoor Stadium in Kurnool in Andhra Pradesh. Such an event was witnessed for the first time with visitors in for an exciting line-up of acts and performances. The vibrancy and spirit of the event translated to the crowds who were present in huge numbers to experience the ongoing celebration mode. The string of entertainment acts has set the pulse-raising of the spectators who rejoiced to the music and enjoyed the enchanting dance routines, acrobats, celebrity appearances, firework display and musical rendition.

WTM 2017

WTM London has grown beyond belief in the past four decades. 40 countries, 221 exhibitors and 9,000 trade visitors took part in the first ever WTM at London Olympia in 1980. Two moves (Earls Court in 1992 and ExCeL in 2002) and 39 years later, now WTM London facilitates £2.8 billion in industry deals and has around 5,000 exhibitors from 182 countries and regions and more than 51,000 participants.
Vinsan World conceptualized & executed the stall for Goa Tourism at WTM and carried out all the responsiblities in the most professional manner.

Carnaval 2018

One of the most prestigious and fun-filled event of Goa, the Goa Carnaval 2018 was mandated to Vinsan World to be conceptualized and executed by Goa Tourism. Right from the Grand Carnaval Floats to the Street and Ambient Décor to organizing a 5-day food festival at D B Grounds at Campal, Panjim, all this was done without a glitch. This ensured that guests who came from the state as well as from other parts of the world had some amazing experiences of the Goa Carnaval.
